Our service uses Google's Generative AI APIs (Gemini) to provide image analysis functionality. This use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Google API Usage: We use Google Gemini API (gemini-2.5-flash and gemini-2.5-flash-lite models) to process and analyze images that you explicitly submit for analysis
• Limited Use Compliance: Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
• Data Handling: Images and prompts sent to Google APIs are used solely to provide the AI analysis functionality you request. We do not use this data for any other purpose
• No Human Review: Google may use the data sent to their APIs to improve their services, but we do not allow human review of your data by Google
• User Control: You can choose which AI model to use (including non-Google models like GPT-4o) and can stop using Google APIs at any time

• With Google Firebase: We use Google Firebase services (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage) to securely store your account information, conversation history, and images. Firebase processes this data according to Google's Privacy Policy and security standards
• With Arvow: on public marketing pages, the visitor's browser loads a script from api.arvow.com and sends the current page path (not query strings, account credentials, payment data, or images) so Arvow can overlay SEO improvements. This does not run on account, billing, or legal pages
• Important: Your images are never shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than the AI processing you explicitly request

• Conversation History: We retain your chat conversations and AI analysis results for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual conversations at any time through the extension interface. Deleted conversations are permanently removed within 7 days.
• Payment Information: Payment transaction records are retained by our payment processor (Dodo Payments) according to their data retention policies and legal requirements, typically 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
• Usage Logs: We retain usage logs and analytics data for up to 12 months for service improvement and security purposes. This data is anonymized after 90 days.
• Extension Local Data: Data stored locally in your browser extension (cached images, preferences, local conversation history) is stored on your device and can be cleared at any time using the 'Clear Local Data' option in extension settings.
• Automatic Deletion: Inactive accounts (no login activity for 2 years) may be automatically deleted after 30 days of notification. We will notify you via email before deletion.
• Legal Requirements: We may retain certain information longer if required by law, regulation, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your personal information
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request restriction of processing

• Delete your account and all associated data
• Clear local extension data stored on your device

You can request deletion of your data in the following ways:

• Extension Local Data: You can clear all local data stored in the browser extension at any time by using the 'Clear Local Data' button in the extension settings. This will remove cached images, local preferences, and conversation history stored on your device, but will not delete your account data on our servers.
• Individual Conversations: You can delete individual chat conversations at any time through the extension interface. Deleted conversations are permanently removed within 7 days.
• Data Export: Before deletion, you can export all your data using the 'Export My Data' feature in the extension settings to download a copy of your information.
• Verification: For account deletion requests, we may require verification of your identity to protect your privacy and security.
• Processing Time: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Extension local data clearing is immediate.
